Welcome to the linhaouro Returns and Exchanges page. If you are not completely happy with your order, German law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before You Send Something Back

Measure Before You Order

Tip: Check the dimensions listed on the product page and measure the wall space where the mirror will hang before you order. What to do: If you are unsure which size will fit, contact us at info@linhaouro.com before placing your order.

Inspect Your Mirror on Arrival

Tip: Unpack your mirror carefully on a flat, clear surface and check it over before disposing of the packaging. What to do: If you notice any damage from shipping, please contact us right away with a short description and a photo so we can help quickly.

Keep the Packaging

Tip: Hold on to the original box and protective padding until you are sure you want to keep the item. What to do: For a smooth return, please send the mirror back in its original packaging, or equally protective packaging, to prevent damage in transit.

Return Details

Return window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, store credit or exchange.
Refund process: Choose your preferred option (refund, store credit or exchange) when you start your return.
Condition of goods: Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, including all protective materials.
Return shipping cost: As mirrors require secure packaging to travel safely, return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover the cost.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your individual specifications, such as custom sizes or custom frame finishes, or to items sealed for hygiene or safety reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery.

Starting a Return

Contact us: Email info@linhaouro.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Follow our instructions: We will send you the return address and next steps.
Pack it securely: Please pack the mirror as securely as it arrived, ideally in its original packaging, and include your order number or delivery note.
One return per order: Each order must be returned separately.
Processing time: Returns are typically processed within 3 to 6 business days of arriving at our facility. Damaged or faulty returns may take up to 10 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or proof of return shipment and will automatically be issued to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at info@linhaouro.com.

Store Credit, Faulty Items and Exchanges

Store credit: On request, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
Faulty items: Please report any damage or defects promptly with a short description and a photo to info@linhaouro.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Exchange process: For an exchange, for example a different size or finish, simply contact us with your order number.

Exchanges for a Different Size or Finish

You can exchange your ordered item for a different size or finish, provided the item you want is in stock. Just contact us at info@linhaouro.com.
