Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

Customs and Taxes

All prices include the applicable German value added tax. Since we deliver only within Germany, no additional customs duties or import charges apply.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – free of charge, delivery in 4 to 5 business days.

• Express Shipping (insured) – EUR 2.95, delivery in 3 to 5 business days.

Express shipments are insured for extra peace of mind.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.

Order Processing

We ship on business days, Monday to Friday, from our location in Koblenz. Orders received after 12:00 noon are usually processed on the following business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer guarantee any changes. If you need to make a change, contact us with your order number at info@linhaouro.com as soon as possible.
